Program Finance Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Financial Control Analyst to manage the financial aspects of programs and support various customers.



Key Responsibilities

Participate in planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of program financials
Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS)
Prepare financial forecasts and reports for management regarding cost schedule variances


Required Qualifications

BA degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience
Basic knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts
Ability to complete complex assignments within the program
Familiarity with financial systems such as CostPoint, Cognos, and Power BI is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
