Accounting Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, OT as needed
• Pay Rate:$20-24/hr paid weekly! Accounting Specialist Job Description:
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) by recording, tracking, and managing expenses.
  • Oversee and maintain purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Process, enter, and pay invoices, verifying and securing appropriate approvals.
  • Build positive donor relationships and manage donation intake processes.
  • Record and reconcile donations within the CRM system accurately.
  • Perform data entry, corrections, and detailed research tasks.
  • Support audit preparation and assist in compiling financial reports. Accounting Specialist Job Requirements:
    • Demonstrated experience in accounting, AP processes, and managing donations.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced data management skills.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles in a non-profit environment.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
    • Must be a follower of Jesus Christ, with a servant heart for mission and nurturing believers.
