agricultural and construction dealer in Delaware, Virginia, and
North Carolina. Curtis Lane Equipment and its 100+ employees
represent Bobcat Company and other equipment brands and help make
customers' uptime more efficient by providing new equipment
consultation, parts, service, and rental sales. POSITION SUMMARYThe
Human Resource Manager will administer and manage human resource
functions including employee relations, performance management,
enforcement of company policy, recruitment, and benefits and
compensation administration.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Human
Resources Manager will not have direct reports at this time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdminister the company's
health and welfare benefits (medical and dental insurance, 401(k),
Paid Time Off, STD, LTD, leave management, etc.);Manages talent
acquisition by actively recruiting new employees through job
postings or in-person recruitment events and facilitating candidate
screening and interviews; Coordinates new employee onboarding
activities;Travels to company locations to facilitate benefits open
enrollment meetings, trainings, or professional development events
as needed;Ensures that constructive and timely performance
evaluations are prepared and delivered;Participates in the
investigation and resolution of employee relations issues;Oversees
performance improvement strategy and conducts appropriate
discipline according to company policy;Maintains knowledge of
trends, best practices, regulatory charges, and new technologies in
human resources, talent management, and employment lawPerforms

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND
ABILITIESBachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources
or, in lieu of a degree, 10 or more years of relevant experience
may suffice business management or a related field of study;5+
years; direct experience with HR and benefit functions Current
SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM- certification;Excellent verbal and
written communication skills;Demonstrated interpersonal,
negotiation and conflict-resolution skills;Advanced organizational
skills and attention to detail;Ability to prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment;Integrity and professionalism;An unwavering
commitment to confidentiality;Thorough knowledge of federal and
state employment laws including the Department of Labor, EEOC, and
FLSA and provides timely updates on relevant legislative changes
that will impact the workplace. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite products;Advanced experience with HRIS and talent management
systems.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a
desk and working on a computer; Must be able to lift 15 pounds at
times; Must be able to access and navigate each of the
organization's facilities in the multi-state area where the company
