Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Health Services Officer to
oversee health services operations for its Medicaid managed care
plan.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Illinois Medicaid needs and benchmarks
Oversee health services operations, including quality performance
and regulatory representation
Lead cross-functional initiatives and maintain relationships with
external clinical program stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Education
10+ years of experience in medical management leadership roles
5+ years of Medicaid experience, preferably in Illinois
Experience with data analytics reporting for managed care
populations
Advanced degree preferred; specialized training or relevant
qualifications considered
Registered Nurse license preferred in the state of Illinois
