Key Responsibilities

performance management strategies
Implement talent management approaches to enhance internal mobility
and promote diversity and equity
Develop and execute a People and Culture Operations strategy to
maintain a best-in-class employee experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership role within HR/People
Operations
Experience managing employee relations, organization design, and
compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams effectively
Experience in operations management and leading complex
projects
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
