A company is looking for a Healthcare Communicator to represent
a leading biotechnology firm through telecommunication
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain quality standards for client programs and accurately
collect required information
Engage with callers empathetically and assist them in understanding
medical terminology
Safeguard patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA guidelines and
perform administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
Able to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption
Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse
Pleasant telephone manner
