  • We serve the community by offering them in home visits for qualifying clients. We have a multiple team member approach.
    • Job Requirements
    • Oasis Charting experience
    • 2 years of Home Health experience required
    • 1st time OK
    • VA License or compact must be in hand
    • Must have HH experience, OASIS E experience, must hold a RN license and eligible to work in the state of VA.
    • Skills include wounds, wounds vacs, Plurex, Central Lines, PICSS, lab draws, CP assessment, Be able to educate on Chronic Disease Management (COPD, CHF, DM, Pneumonia)
      • Schedule Information
      • Every third weekend
      • No call
        • Unit Specific Information
