Job Description:

A Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located in Williamsburg, Virginia. The credentialing timeframe is approximately 1.5-2 weeks. The schedule is 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 4 days a week, with Wednesdays off, and flexibility for part-time providers. The facility operates Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The role is open to NP/PA only, with no on-call duties. The average caseload is 18-20 patients per day, with patients of all ages, though primarily adults. Required certifications include a VA license and DEA. Support staff includes 1 MD, 1 NP, and Admin/MA support. The EMR system used is Nextgen.
