A company is looking for a Work from Home Customer Service
Specialist - Dental in Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
regarding eligibility and benefits
Document each interaction in the computer tracking system and
forward specific inquiries for resolution
Maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced
environment and multitasking across applications
Required Qualifications
One year of previous call center experience
Ability to attend a 100% classroom training program
Experience in the dental care industry is a strong advantage
Must be computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical
issues
Must have the required equipment and internet specifications for
remote work
