Job Title: Cloud Architect for Cards and Payments Domain
Cognizant, a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services, is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect with expertise in AWS DevOps, AWS IAM, and AWS EC2.
We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain to design and implement robust cloud solutions that enhance our payment processing systems, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS DevOps, AWS IAM, and AWS EC2 to support our Cards and Payments systems.
  
• Overseeing the architecture and deployment of secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure.
  
• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture.
  
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Ensuring the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure by implementing AWS IAM policies and best practices.
  
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  
• Leading the migration of legacy systems to AWS cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  
• Developing and maintaining documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.
  
• Conducting regular audits and assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify and mitigate risks.
  
• Providing training and support to team members on AWS technologies and best practices.
  
• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and integrating them into the company's architecture.
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems.
  
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud infrastructure.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in AWS DevOps, AWS IAM, and AWS EC2.
    
  • Strong background in the Cards and Payments domain, understanding the unique challenges and requirements.
    
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
    
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions.
    
  • Experience in leading the migration of legacy systems to AWS cloud.
    
    Salary and Other Compensation:
    The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
