Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to
lead and manage engineering teams in developing innovative
technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams while promoting a
collaborative culture
Oversee the end-to-end development of product lines and ensure
alignment with business objectives
Drive modernization efforts and implement best practices for system
architecture and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field; Master's preferred
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+
years in a leadership role
Expertise with GraphQL, React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment
practices (AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
Experience with large-scale data systems and familiarity with data
privacy regulations
