Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Support Analyst -
Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing technical support to large scale, institutional
users of the platform
Establish credibility with relevant stakeholders within
institutions to deliver top-level service
Help develop processes and practices that lead to increased
efficiency and a customer support knowledge base
Required Qualifications
Direct experience providing technical support to large scale
enterprises in mission-critical environments
Background in building, maintaining, and supporting complex
software applications
Strong knowledge of and experience with blockchain/web3
technology
Knowledge of and experience with technologies such as cloud
environments, containerization, messaging systems, and
databases
