Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Software Architect to lead architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement across software products.



Key Responsibilities

Act as a Domain Architect, leading design and architecture decisions for a specific domain area
Provide architectural and technical leadership, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture Communities of Practice
Mentor engineers and architects while supporting development teams in completing design/architecture plans


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or related field
20+ years of total work experience, with a minimum of 15 years in software development
Expert knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#
Expertise in cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures, including serverless technologies
Experience with relational data storage, database design, and query optimization
