Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quadient Document Specialist to
manage technical mailing functions and data processing for customer
applications.
Key Responsibilities
Implement technical mailing functions based on job specifications
and maintain records related to mailing lists and postage costs
Review and manipulate client data files for integration into
digital print jobs and administer data management policies
Propose enhancements and automation to improve system performance
and communicate developments to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant work experience
5+ years of programming and/or database management experience
Advanced knowledge of variable data programs such as Quadient
Inspire and postal software programs like Satori or BCC
Understanding of data table structure and file management
capabilities utilizing Microsoft SQL
Experience with Quadient Inspire Automation and related Quadient
products
