Job Description:
Norfolk, VA - We are looking for an experienced and detail
oriented customer service rep, responsible for processing orders
from the distributors and to be that essential liaison between the
distributor network, production planning and shipping teams. You
will stay in direct contact with your clients regarding production
progress and coordinate the order expediting with your internal
departments. You will be part of a small and dedicated team and
also be trained across the functionalities of the team. If you
enjoy having an impact on operations and working in a fast paced
