We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. -How you will do it -The Technical Team Lead (TTL) must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry. ---Interaction with customers, ability, and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate and tech savvy and can develop, close, and manage all types of quoted work.--- -What we look for -Required -

• Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License------ -
• 5+ years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience. -
• 5+ years of Johnson Control's internal policies and procedures --- -
• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.--- -
• Good verbal and written communication skills -This is a Bargaining Unit Position. -#TechHiring
