Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager (TIME)
Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all module phases, including initiation, planning,
execution, monitoring, control, and closure
Create project plans, including deliverables, activities,
timelines, and budgets
Lead communication with stakeholders and team members throughout
the module implementation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with ADP time products, specifically
Workforce Manager or UKG Dimensions
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Commitment to accountability for results, both individually and as
a team
