Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define analytics
requirements and implement experiments
Analyze user behavior and product usage trends to influence
strategy and product development
Present data insights in a clear and impactful manner to support
better business decisions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience using data to drive decision-making within
engineering, product, or growth teams
4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology startup
High proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools
Experience developing tests and predictive analytics frameworks
Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through
