With a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, this position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and goal-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads.
  
• Research new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  
• Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of performance.
  
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.
