Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Processing Agent (Data Entry) to
manage priority referrals from healthcare provider offices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound referrals by receiving and entering them into the
system for team review
Perform error-free data entry and complete insurance verification
tickets
Answer inbound patient and provider calls with empathy and
professionalism
Required Qualifications
Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare
startup
Experience in insurance verification preferred
Experience in medical record management or collection preferred
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets)
Teamwork and collaborative attitude are essential
