Position Overview: As Director of Sales, you'll lead all sales efforts, including hotel accommodations, event space, and catering services. You'll develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
Drive revenue through hotel accommodations, meetings, banquets, and food & beverage services.
Lead, train, and manage a sales team, fostering collaboration and success.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote hotel services.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales strategies.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
