Key Responsibilities
Manage social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter,
and others
Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with the brand's
voice and values
Execute paid and gifted social media campaigns, monitoring
performance and optimizing for ROI
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
preferred
3+ years of experience managing social channels, preferably in the
beauty or lifestyle industry
Basic video editing and content creation skills required
Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and translating data
into actionable insights
