Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist - Full-Time
(Remote) - Bilingual Required (English/Spanish) - $21/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service to internal staff and external
patients
Manage calls by scheduling appointments and transmitting messages
to the clinical team
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proficient data entry
skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Associate's Degree is required
Experience in a call center or busy phone system
Electronic appointment scheduling experience
Remote workers must live and work in the United States
