Duties As a PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: * Identify, validate, prioritize and manage Joint C2 requirements, and per Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC)-delegation, adjust such requirements as necessary. * Identify and develop doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership awareness/education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) recommendations for CJADC2 capabilities. * Support capability assessment and implementation decisions of CJADC2 approved capabilities worldwide. * Serve as a J6 Directorate's representative to CJADC2 decision making forums such as the DMAG; provide early identification, validation, and prioritization of Joint C2 system/capability problem report. * In coordination with external organizations, evaluate performance adequacy and policy compliance via joint assessment activities related to CJADC2 capability certification to ensure force integration and interoperability. Qualifications You may qualify at the GS- 14 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: * Providing specific resourcing recommendations to senior leaders using departmental defense planning processes and procedures, including awareness of Combatant Commands and military services; * Incorporating advanced management and organizational principles and practices to the planning, programming, and budgeting regulations for military command facilities planning, and acquisitions; * Articulating to senior leaders the impact and effect of program management decisions in Joint command and control environments. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
