Job Details for Audio-Video Installation Technician:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $18 - $25 per hour
• Location: Williamsburg, VA
  
  Job Description for Audio-Video Installation Technician:
  • Install and troubleshoot audio/video systems including flat panels, projectors, audio systems, and video distribution systems.
  • Perform structured cabling, system integration, and rack building.
  • Work with AVIXA/Infocomm CTS, Biamp, Crestron, and other industry-specific systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and oversee the completion of installations from simple rooms to fully integrated buildings.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed while working with ladders and power tools.
    
    Job Requirements for Audio-Video Installation Technician:
    • At least 3 years of experience installing and troubleshooting audio/video systems.
    • Strong knowledge of structured cabling and/or security/surveillance systems is a plus.
    • Ability to work with basic industry tools and a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain DCJS licensure.
    • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
